Insight Surgical Hospital collaborates with your surgeon and other independent health care providers with a goal of providing you with quality, safe care. Insight Surgical Hospital will only bill you for services that the hospital directly provides. Your surgeon and other independent providers and will bill you separately.

Most of these insurances pay based on a markup of Medicare/Medicaid rates, and the charges are variable based on time and materials. N/A means we don’t offer the service or don’t have a set price. And for these insurers some pay based on % of charges so we can’t offer a negotiated rate without a set price.
