Insight Surgical Hospital is contracted with many private insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Prior to your surgical procedure, our experienced staff will verify your benefits with your insurance and check whether an authorization is required by your insurance plan.

Our billing office will calculate an estimate of your approximate financial responsibility for your procedure not covered by your insurance. We ask that you provide Insight Surgical Hospital staff with accurate and timely information about how you plan to pay for your hospital care.

If you wish for a written or oral explanation of the bill resulting from your medical care, please contact our Patient Accounting Office.
